One of the highlighted projects is OpenCut AI, an open-source video editor for Indian creators with support for transcription, translation across 22 regional languages.


Call center intelligence platform and AI commentary engine

Another use case highlighted by Sarvam is a call center intelligence platform that converts multilingual call recordings into structured insights.

The tool is aimed at India's massive call center ecosystem and seeks to simplify the analysis of large volumes of customer interactions.

Also featured in this series is a real-time AI cricket commentary engine that generates live updates in regional languages using text-to-speech models.


Language learning app and productivity tools integration
Educational innovation


The "Build with Sarvam" series also features a language learning app inspired by platforms like Duolingo.

The app lets users learn languages such as Kannada, Hindi, Marathi, Telugu, Tamil, and Bengali through conversational exercises powered by AI.

Another application called Kriya combines productivity tools with speech capabilities to integrate AI-generated voice features into everyday workflows.
