According to the company’s status page, all systems were operational, and reports of the outage had declined by 10:30 a.m. ET. The number of reports peaked at 2,215 around 9:27 a.m. ET.


Launched in February 2023, Bluesky is a decentralised social media platform where users can share short posts containing text, images and videos. It is founded by former Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey.
