LPG Big News: Due to conflict in the Middle East, there is an energy crisis in many countries of the world. In some countries the prices of gas and petrol are skyrocketing. Meanwhile, the Indian government has appealed to the people to take PNG connections to avoid LPG shortage. Along with this, giving great relief to the migrant laborers, LPG supply has been doubled for them.

According to media reports, the government has now decided to double the daily number of 5 kg Free Trade LPG (FTL) cylinders provided to migrant laborers in each state. These additional 5 kg FTL cylinders will be given to the state governments and their food/civil supplies departments. At the same time, with the help of oil marketing companies, these cylinders will be made available only to migrant laborers.

According to the government notification, these cylinders will be available with the state governments and their food and civil supplies departments, which will be delivered directly to the workers with the help of oil companies. According to the Union Petroleum Ministry, around 6.6 lakh such cylinders have been sold since March 23.

Let us tell you that recently there were reports of migrant laborers allegedly not getting cylinders in many cities of the country. Due to which he started returning to his home. Now the government has decided to reduce the problems of migrant laborers and increase the supply of 5 kg FTL cylinders for them to cook food. These cylinders are available in the market at low prices and it is not necessary to provide proof of address to get them from the nearest gas agency.
