Nowadays, everyone uses digital media to store important information. WhatsApp stores many important things, including chats, PDFs, and photos. But what if it's misused? This fear lingers in everyone's mind.
Due to a recent update to WhatsApp, you're receiving calls from strange numbers. These may be from scammers, data thieves, hackers, or blackmailers. If you're receiving these fake calls, you can fix the problem by tweaking a few settings. Here are some simple steps.
WhatsApp's new feature, "Silence Unknown Callers," can help you solve the problem of fake calls. First, open WhatsApp. Click the three dots in the top corner. Then, go to Settings and click Privacy. You'll see the "Calls" option. Click on it and you'll see the "Silence Unknown Callers" option. You can turn it on. These simple steps will prevent you from receiving any strange calls.
You can turn this setting on or off at any time. If you receive an unknown caller, avoid giving them your personal information. Don't talk to them for long. Also, don't click on any links they send. Also, don't give them your OTP or bank details.
