Prep Up
First, you need to confirm that your game is updated to the latest version and that you have the Terran Armada expansion installed. This is to avoid any unnecessary hurdles in the gaming way. Unlike some previous updates, this one requires the specific DLC license to trigger the content, so make sure you have it.
Start
As the next move, you need to go to Akila City in the Cheyenne system. Once you reach there and walk past the spaceport toward the center of town, just listen for an emergency SSNN broadcast. A reporter will start talking about a mysterious fleet appearing on the side of the settled space. This automatically pins the quest Attack of the Terran Armada to your mission log.
Make the jump
Open your own starmap and plot a course for the Nirvana system. As soon as you arrive out there, you will be intercepted by the Olokun. It is a ship that serves as your primary contact for the expansion. Proceed ahead after you take care of this.
Use the new flight mode
The mission will point you toward Nirvana IV. However, there is no way that you can get there as fast as you may think. You have to engage the new Cruise Control mechanic to fly manually through the system.
