Selected candidates will be appointed as Lieutenants, with an initial monthly salary ranging from ₹56,000 to ₹1,00,000. In addition to the base salary, various allowances and benefits are provided, including medical care, housing, travel allowances, and access to canteen facilities.
Selection Process
The selection process consists of multiple stages. Initially, candidates will be shortlisted based on their applications. Those selected will then participate in a five-day interview process, which includes assessments of mental aptitude, group discussions, interviews, and physical tests. Successful candidates will undergo a medical examination followed by document verification, with final selections made based on a merit list.
