Consume spinach twice a week in your daily diet. Spinach is rich in iron. But the whole body does not get what is in spinach. So along with spinach, lemon should also be consumed. Eating spinach mixed with a small amount of lemon juice will help increase iron in the body quickly.
Beet, Carrot and Mosmbi Juice:
Drink carrot beet juice thrice a week to compensate for the lack of blood and hemoglobin created in the body. It helps in rapid blood circulation and has many benefits for the body. Apart from this, regular consumption of Mosambi juice should be done in the morning breakfast. Vitamin C present in Mosambi provides the required amount of iron to the body. So drink carrot, beetroot and lemon juice regularly.

Jaggery and Chickpeas:
A handful of chickpeas and a little jaggery should be eaten together in the morning breakfast. Eating jaggery and chickpeas mixed together regularly for a month will help increase blood in the body. Jaggery is rich in iron while chickpeas contain protein, an essential factor that converts iron into hemoglobin. Therefore, different nutritious foods should be included in the diet.
