How to make Sattu Lassi

To make Sattu Lassi, first put Sattu in a big bowl or glass. Now add cold water little by little and mix it well. Take care that lumps do not form in Sattu, so prepare a smooth solution by mixing it slowly. This step is very important because the right texture makes the lassi delicious.
