Material:

2–3 slices Harvest Gold Milk Bread

1/2 cup fresh curd (hung curd)

2 tbsp green chutney

1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder

salt as per taste

1/2 cucumber (cut into thin slices)

a little coriander

Method:

First of all, beat the fresh curd well, so that it becomes smooth.

Add roasted cumin powder and salt to it.

Now spread the curd mixture evenly on the bread slices.

Arrange cucumber and tomato slices on top.

Garnish with green coriander.

Cover with another bread slice, cut the sandwich and serve chilled.

Material:

2–3 slices Harvest Gold Milk Bread

2 tbsp fresh cream or hung curd

1/2 mango (cut into slices)

a few slices of apple

a few slices of banana

1 tsp honey

Chopped dry fruits (optional)

Method of preparation:

First of all, spread fresh cream or hung curd well on the bread slices.

Now apply a layer of mango, apple and banana slices on top.

Pour some honey over it and sprinkle chopped dry fruits if you wish.

Cover with another bread slice, cut the sandwich into triangles and serve immediately.


Guacamole Toast

Material:

2 slices Harvest Gold Multigrain Bread

1 ripe avocado

1/2 tsp lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

a few slices of tomato

Chili Flakes (optional)

Method:

Mash the avocado well in a bowl until it becomes smooth.

Add lemon juice, salt and black pepper to it and mix well.

Spread this guacamole mixture evenly on the bread slices.

Place tomato slices on top.

If desired, sprinkle chili flakes on top and serve immediately.
