Renault Duster: New R store opened in Chennai with the first delivery of new Renault Duster, know details

Renault Duster: Renault India has officially started the deliveries of the new Renault Duster in India. After a long wait, customers have started getting this popular mid-size SUV. On this special occasion, the company also launched its new ‘R Store’ on Mount Road, Chennai, which has been designed to provide a premium experience to the customers.

First delivery became special
Francois Provost and Stephane Deblaise were present to mark the first delivery of the new Duster. He handed over the keys of the SUV to renowned Chennai doctor Arthanari Manickavasagam. This moment is being considered as the beginning of a new chapter for Renault in India.

New R Store: Premium Experience
The new R store in Chennai is spread over approximately 4,500 square feet, which includes 3,000 square feet of display area. 5 vehicles can be displayed here simultaneously. A special delivery bay has also been created for the customers, which further improves the car pickup experience. The store is equipped with modern design and customer-centric facilities.

Expansion of showroom network
This is the second R store in Chennai and with this the number of such stores in the country has increased to 11. The company plans to open 70 R stores across India by the end of 2026. Apart from this, Renault already has more than 350 sales touchpoints, which further strengthens its reach.

Tremendous jump in sales
Renault’s sales have registered a growth of 77% in March 2026 due to strong demand for the new Duster as well as Renault Kiger and Renault Triber. The company is also offering a warranty of 7 years or up to 1.5 lakh km under the ‘Renault Forever’ program. Overall, Renault’s hold has become stronger with the return of the new Duster and network expansion.
