LIC HFL recruitment 2026: Salary expectations
Selected candidates will get a starting basic salary of ₹20,000 per month. The total annual CTC is expected to be between ₹4.64 lakh and ₹4.98 lakh, depending on the job location. In addition, employees will receive benefits such as House Rent Allowance (HRA), meal coupons, Provident Fund contribution, mediclaim, group insurance, and performance-based increments.Selection process
The selection process has two stages: an online examination and an interview. The online test will cover English Language, Logical Reasoning, General Awareness, Numerical Ability, and Computer Skills.
