Tall pacer David Paine was bought by SRH in the auction for Rs 1.5 crore and he played 2 matches in the season. In this he got 2 wickets.
Pat Cummins returns
The team has not yet announced who will be David Penn's replacement. But it may be announced soon. This news for Sunrisers has come at a time when team captain and Australian legend Pat Cummins has been declared fit for the IPL. Cummins, who has not been able to play a single match so far this season due to a back injury, recently returned to his country, where he was last examined. Only after this, Cricket Australia announced that he was fit for IPL. Cummins can now take the field for the team soon.
