1. Sycamore

2. Drumstick

It is helpful in strengthening bones, removing anemia and improving the immune system. Not only the pods of drumstick, its leaves and flowers are also considered useful for health.
3. Water hyacinth greens
Water hyacinth greens are also a nutritious vegetable used in rural areas. Vitamin A, Vitamin C, iron and fiber are found in it, which help in keeping the body clean from inside. It is considered helpful in improving digestion and increasing blood. However, experts recommend using it only from a clean and safe source.
