New Delhi: The politics of the country has heated up after the Central Government did not pass the Constitution Amendment (131st Amendment) Bill to women’s reservation. Yesterday, the Congress Party crushed the aspirations of political awakening of the country while smiling, patting the tables and celebrating politically. Smriti Irani said, “I was surprised to hear that in the Congress press conference today it was said that they support the Women’s Reservation Bill, which was passed in 2023 and which mentions delimitation. But look at the dual attitude of the Congress; they also say that they do not have faith in the commitment towards this process and its arrangements. The Congress has no faith in the constitutional arrangements of the country, in the Parliament and in the women of the country…”
