in Nashik’Pudhari Sahakar Maha Parishad 2026‘ was successfully organized on Saturday at Hotel Enrise (Sayaji) opposite Indiranagar City Garden Jogging Park on Mumbai-Agra Road. In this one-day General Council, various issues, challenges and future possibilities to the cooperative sector were discussed in detail.

The program started with the lighting of the lamp by State Cooperation Commissioner Deepak Taware. On this occasion, veteran experts and officials of the cooperative sector expressed their views and laid emphasis on strengthening the cooperative institutions.

In this general council organized by ‘Pudhari’ media group, topics like education, agriculture, sports and women empowerment as well as development of cooperative sector were also discussed. The speakers gave detailed guidance on the challenges faced by cooperative institutions and their solutions.

Many dignitaries including senior expert of cooperative sector Vidyadhar Anaskar, Nashik department’s joint director Sambhaji Nikam, District Deputy Director Fayyaz Mulani and Nashik District Patsanstha Federation President Sunil Dhikle were present in the General Council.

During the General Council, in-depth discussions were held on new sources of income of cooperative institutions, digitalization in the banking sector, cooperative law, audit and technical topics as well as better management. A large number of officials of cooperative housing institutions across the district participated in the program.

In the end, all the representatives present resolved to further strengthen the cooperative sector and work towards development with mutual cooperation.
