Materials:

  • Ladipav: 6-8
  • Paneer: 200 grams (chopped or grated)
  • Onion: 1 medium (finely chopped)
  • Chilli: 1 medium (finely chopped)
  • Butter: 2-3 tbsp
  • Oil: 1 tbsp
  • Vegetable sauce or pizza pasta sauce: 2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise: 1 tablespoon (optional)
  • Cheese Slices or Grated Mozzarella Cheese: As required
  • Spices: Red Chilli – 1/2 tsp
  • Oregano: 1 tsp
  • Chilli flakes : 1/2 tsp, salt – as per taste
  • Green Chutney: 2 tbsp

Action:

  • First heat oil and butter in a pan. Saute chopped onion and red chillies for 2-3 minutes (keep it slightly crunchy).
  • Now add paneer pieces, green sauce, red chillies, oregano, chili flakes and salt to taste. All
  • Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the gas.
  • Cut the sliders in the middle. Spread green chutney on the bottom and mayonnaise on the top.
  • Place the prepared paneer stuffing on the bottom of the bread. Top it with cheese slices or grated cheese and place another layer on top.
  • Heat butter in a pan. Place the sliders in a pan and toast on low heat until the cheese melts (about 2-3 minutes) with the lid on.
  • Serve hot and cheesy paneer sliders with tomato ketchup.
