After the amendment bill to women’s reservation failed in the Parliament, the leaders of the ruling party are accusing the opposition of being anti-women. Meanwhile, BJP has taken out Jan Aakrosh Mahila Padyatra from Chief Minister’s residence to Vidhan Bhavan in Lucknow today. CM Yogi Adityanath, both Deputy CMs Keshav Prasad Maurya and Brajesh Pathak and other leaders participated in this padyatra.

CM Yogi Adityanath, while addressing the Jan Aakrosh Mahila Padyatra, fiercely attacked all the opposition parties including SP, Congress and DMK. He said, “Protests are taking place across the country against the blockage of the new amendment in the Nari Shakti Vandan Act and the attempt to defeat that resolution in the House. In the same sequence, in Uttar Pradesh too, women in Lucknow took to the streets to protest against the Congress, Samajwadi Party, TMC, DMK and other allies of the India Bloc.
