The portals of Kedarnath Dham opened today. The temple gates were opened shortly after 8:00 AM. Before this, the temple was decorated in a truly magnificent manner. Although the weather at Kedarnath Dham is currently bitterly cold, thousands of devotees have nevertheless arrived. Following the opening of the Kedarnath Dham portals, flowers were showered over the temple premises from a helicopter. Two helicopters were deployed specifically for this floral shower.
