Materials
Ripe mango slices – 1 cup
Sour yogurt (low fat)- 1 cup
Cold milk- 1/2 cup
Honey or natural sweetener – 1-2 tbsp
Cardamom powder- 1 pinch
Ice cubes (as required)

the method
The procedure is very simple. First take the ripe mango pieces in a blender. Blend until the mango becomes a smooth paste. Once the mango pulp is ready, add low-fat curd, cold milk and honey to it one by one. Do not forget to add cardamom powder for aroma. Now blend all the ingredients together for a while. When it all gets mixed and forms a thick mixture, add some ice cubes to it. Mango lassi is made by blending lightly once more.
