New Delhi: Iranian security forces destroyed an operational team of the Jaish al-Adl terrorist group after they infiltrated from the Pakistan border into the Rask region of the Sistan Baluchestan province in Iran, killing several terrorists, the Tasnim News Agency reported.
Jaish al-Adl has long been accused by Iran’s IRGC of acting as an arm of Pakistan’s ISI. Earlier in 2016, Jaish al-Adl kidnapped an Indian naval commander and spy, Kulbhushan Jadhav, from Sarbaz, Iran and reportedly traded him to Pakistan's ISI, who is still in Pakistan's custody.

Who Are Jaish al-Adl
Jaish al-Adl is a militant group that has been involved in terrorist activities in Iran over the last decade, and has become a sticking issue in Iran-Pakistan relations. Both nations which share a long border accuse each other of allowing cross-border interference, with Iran accusing Pakistan of providing safe havens to Jaish al-Adl militants near the border areas, especially in Balochistan.
Meanwhile, Pakistan has been accusing Iran of providing shelter to Baloch nationalist-separatist groups, the Balochistan Liberation Army and the Balochistan Liberation Front.
