In the morning the air is relatively clean and fresh, due to which the body gets more oxygen and the lungs work better. Due to increased pollution and dust, the lung health of most people has become weak. With fresh air, all the body parts get oxygen and our blood flow also improves. If you do evening walk then you should definitely take out some time for morning walk also.

Dr. Arvind says that if you take a walk early in the morning, we can get Vitamin D properly. According to him, morning sunlight is a good source of Vitamin D. People believe that Vitamin D strengthens our bones. Whereas these elements are also very important for our immunity. People who are deficient in Vitamin D in their body should take a walk every morning and come in contact with sunlight for some time. Morning sunlight is the biggest natural source of Vitamin D.
