Amar Ujala newspaper has quoted sources as saying that international terrorist Dawood Ibrahim, Jaish-e-Mohammed chief Maulana Masood Azhar and Lashkar-e-Taiba chief Hafiz Saeed are known by many names.
Dawood Ibrahim, wanted in the 1993 bomb blasts in Mumbai and living in Karachi, Pakistan, has given 22 names. At the same time, Jaish’s biggest terrorist Mohiuddin Aurangzeb Alamgir has 11 names. Whereas, Lashkar Chief Hafiz Saeed has 9 names and Jaish chief Maulana Masood Azhar has two names. The Home Ministry has prepared a latest list in this regard. It has been said in this list that Dawood has been arrested as Dawood Ibrahim Kaskar, Dawood Hassan Sheikh Kaskar, Dawood Bhai, Dawood Sabri, Iqbal Seth, Bada Patel, Dawood Ibrahim, Sheikh Dawood Hassan, Abdul Hamid, Abdul Aziz, Anees Ibrahim, Azid Dilip, Dawood Hassan Ibrahim Kaskar, Dawood Ibrahim Memon Kaskar, Dawood Hassan, Sheikh Mohammed Ismail Abdul Rehman, Dawood Hassan Sheikh. He is known by the names Ibrahim, Dawood Bhai Low Quality, Ibrahim Sheikh, Mohammad Anees, Sheikh Ismail, Abdul Sheikh Farooqui and Iqbal Bhai.
Lashkar Chief Hafiz Saeed has been given different names including Hafiz Mohammad Sahib, Hafiz Mohammad Syed, Hafiz Mohammad and Mohammad Saeed. His right-hand man Zaki ur Rehman Lakhvi is also known as Abu Wahid Irshad Ahmed, Arshad, Kaki ur Rehman, Zakir ur Rehman Lakhvi and Zakir Rehman. Jaish’s Mohiuddin Aurangzeb Alamgir has named 11 including Maktab, Amir, Mujahid Bhai, Aurangzeb Anjar and Maulana Omar. In the list prepared on the basis of intelligence information, the Home Ministry has said that Jaish chief Maulana Masood Azhar is also known as Maulana Mahmood Masood Azhar Alvi and Villa Adam Issa. Tiger Memon has been given names like Ibrahim Memon, Mushtaq, Sikandar. There are many similar names of many other terrorists and their big leaders.
