  • Now lightly mash the sprouted moong in a bowl. Add grated cheese, onion, green chilli, ginger, coriander and all the spices and mix well.
  • Make small balls of dough, fill them with prepared stuffing and roll them gently.
  • Put the paratha on a hot pan and apply ghee or oil on both the sides and cook till it becomes golden and crispy.
