Pooja Dadlani's Family Makes a Significant Real Estate Investment

Pooja Dadlani, the long-time manager of superstar Shah Rukh Khan, along with her husband Hitesh Prakash Gurnani and father Mohan Seoram Dadlani, has made a notable real estate acquisition. Recent reports indicate that they have purchased three apartments in the upscale Bandra area of Mumbai for a total of ₹38.21 crore. This information comes from property registration records analyzed by CRE Matrix. The apartments are situated on Carter Road within a building named Varun, which is currently undergoing redevelopment.

According to the property documents, one of the apartments is registered in Pooja Gurnani’s name, while the other two were acquired separately by her husband and father. Each apartment boasts a carpet area of 1,511.15 sq ft, complemented by a balcony of 81.16 sq ft. Collectively, the three units encompass a total area of 4,776 sq ft.

The transactions were officially recorded on April 21, 2026, with a stamp duty of ₹2.16 crore and a registration fee of ₹90,000. Additionally, the purchase includes six designated parking spaces. The building is still under construction, with possession anticipated by December 2028. As per CRE Matrix, this project is part of a larger redevelopment initiative, with the developer having acquired rights from the Varun Co-operative Housing Society to rebuild the property.

Pooja Gurnani's Professional Relationship with Shah Rukh Khan

Pooja Gurnani has been closely associated with Shah Rukh Khan for many years, earning a reputation as one of the most prominent celebrity managers in the industry. She manages a variety of tasks, including his professional engagements, brand endorsements, and public appearances. In 2023, Shah Rukh Khan visited her newly renovated residence in Mumbai, which she showcased online. Notably, the interior design of her home was executed by Gauri Khan, featuring a lavish living area adorned with mint-colored sofas, wooden tables, vintage lamps, indoor plants, and elegant decor elements like a large mirror and glass chandeliers.

Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan has been residing temporarily in the city while renovations at his home are ongoing. Documents obtained by Zapkey reveal that last February, the actor leased two luxurious duplex apartments in Mumbai’s Khar area for a total rent of ₹8.67 crore over three years. These duplexes are located in a building called Puja Casa and span multiple floors. One unit was rented from Jacky Bhagnani and his sister Deepshikha Deshmukh for a monthly rent of ₹11.54 lakh, with a security deposit of ₹32.97 lakh. The second duplex was leased from producer Vashu Bhagnani for ₹12.61 lakh per month, accompanied by a deposit of ₹36 lakh.
