Know the right way to boil pasta
Boiling the pasta is the first and most difficult step. One should always take a big vessel for boiling pasta. Because pasta does not get open space to cook in small utensils, due to which it may remain raw. Some people add salt in water as soon as they add it. Which is the wrong way. Always add salt only when the water comes to a boil. This dissolves the salt well and adds flavor to each piece of pasta.
Keep these things in mind
Many people complain that the pasta either breaks or starts sticking after boiling. Therefore, it is not necessary to just add salt to water. You also have to mix a little oil in water. Apart from this, when the pasta is cooked, wash it once with cold water and you can apply a little oil on top as well. Due to this the pasta does not stick and each piece is clean, smooth and cooked.
