Project Prometheus, an artificial intelligence (AI) lab co-led by Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, has raised $10 billion in a new funding round.
The round saw participation from major firms like JPMorgan Chase and BlackRock. However, no single lead investor has been identified.
The latest investment has pushed the company's valuation to about $38 billion.

Project Prometheus is focused on developing AI tools for the design and manufacturing of physical products. The company is looking to expand beyond traditional software into manufacturing and engineering.
According to Bloomberg, the start-up has attracted investors beyond Silicon Valley, including private equity firms and sovereign wealth funds with strong industrial ties.
Tech-focused investors include DST Global and ARCH Venture Partners.
