Raw Mango Summer Drink: In summer, the mercury has crossed 40 degrees at many places and the heat of the sun has started scorching the body. Due to which the risk of heat stroke and dehydration has increased. To avoid this, people turn to canned cold drinks or packed juices. But today we are going to tell you about a natural drink which has been made in homes for centuries.
Actually, we are talking about the famous Jholiya drink prepared from raw mango. It is not only spicy in taste but also keeps your body cool from inside in the scorching heat. You can prepare it at home in just 5 minutes.
Raw mango bag can be a great and refreshing option to escape from the scorching heat and scorching heat. This traditional drink is not only wonderful in taste but is also beneficial for health. Let us know the easy method of making it.
Ingredients for making bags
- Raw Mango (Carri): 2 medium sized
- Peppermint: a handful of fresh leaves
- Green Coriander: a little
- Sugar: 3 to 4 spoons (as per taste)
- Black Salt: 1 tsp
- Plain Salt: 1 spoon (as per taste)
- freshly ground black pepper: half teaspoon
- Green chilly: 2 to 3
- cardamom powder: a quarter teaspoon
- Jholiya Masala: 1 tsp
- Water and ice cubes: as per requirement

How to make Mango Jholiya
- First of all, wash and peel the raw mangoes thoroughly. Now cut them into small pieces.
- Heat a glass of water in a pan. Add chopped pieces of mango in it and boil for about 5 minutes.
- When the mangoes become soft, turn off the gas and let it cool.
- Now add boiled mango pieces in a mixer jar. Add fresh mint, green coriander, green chilli, jholiya masala and cardamom powder to it.
- Add black pepper powder, black salt, plain salt and 3-4 spoons of sugar in the jar.
- Now add a glass of water and some ice cubes to it and grind it well so that a smooth mixture is prepared.
- Strain the prepared bagel thoroughly with the help of a strainer in a big vessel.
- You can add more water or ice as per your choice to make it as thick or thin as you want.
In this way your chilled raw mango bag is ready. You can drink it as a refreshing sherbet or use it as water for Pani Puri. Along with cooling the body in summer, it will also protect you from heatstroke. You can serve it to guests.
