- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1/2 cup grated paneer or cheese
- 1/2 cup finely chopped vegetables (carrots, capsicum, beans)

- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- a little oil
Method
- Add some salt to the flour and knead a soft dough.
- Mix vegetables, cheese and spices in a bowl.
- Roll out the dough, fill it with stuffing and roll out the paratha.
