A tragic event unfolded in the Dwarka area of Delhi, where a head constable from the special cell of the Delhi Police reportedly discharged his firearm. This incident resulted in injuries to two laborers, one of whom succumbed to his wounds at the scene, while the other sustained injuries. Following the shooting, the accused officer has gone into hiding, prompting police to launch a manhunt.

According to the Delhi Police, the shooting occurred around 2 AM on Sunday in the Jafarpur Kalan area. A group of laborers was celebrating, which led to a dispute with Head Constable Neeraj over the noise. Allegations suggest that during the argument, the head constable lost his temper and fired his weapon. Authorities are currently investigating whether the officer was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the incident.

In light of the severity of the situation, the Delhi Police have registered a murder case. They have formed multiple teams to apprehend the suspect and are conducting raids in various locations. The body of the deceased will be handed over to the family following the post-mortem examination. Although the suspect remains at large, police are optimistic about capturing him soon.

The family of the deceased is in deep mourning following this incident. The victim's sister is devastated after losing her brother, expressing her sorrow by stating, "My brother was shot dead." The family is now demanding justice for their loss.
