Due to change in lifestyle these days, people’s eating habits are also changing, due to which problems like gas are arising. Gas is a common problem, but it can cause embarrassment for people. The main causes of gas problem are unhealthy food, consumption of spicy food and inhaling air while drinking water. In this article we will share some remedies to get relief from gas problem.
Home remedies for gas problem
1) If you want to avoid gas problem, eat a cardamom after meals. Cardamom helps in preventing gas problems.
2) Apart from this, you can make a mixture of celery, cumin and black salt. Drinking this mixture mixed with lukewarm water after meals will provide relief from gas problem.
3) If the problem is serious, chop a garlic clove and mix salt and lemon in it. Consume this mixture before sleeping at night, this will completely eliminate your gas problem.
