Mumbai: Akshay Kumar has registered a box office success with his latest film Bhooth Bangla, bringing relief after a series of underperforming releases.
The film, which hit theatres on April 17, has crossed the Rs 100 crore mark in India, marking a significant milestone for the actor. This success comes after several of his recent films struggled at the box office.
Directed by Priyadarshan, the movie reunites the actor-director duo known for delivering popular hits in the past.
The film also features Tabu, Wamiqa Gabbi, Mithila Palkar, Rajpal Yadav and Jisshu Sengupta in key roles.
Akshay Kumar and Priyadarshan have previously collaborated on successful films such as Hera Pheri, Garam Masala and Bhool Bhulaiyaa. The latest release adds another successful project to their collaboration.
