In-hand salary may decrease
The Yogi government of UP is implementing the new Labor Code from May 1. Now your basic salary in your company will be at least 50% of the total salary (CTC). PF will be deducted more, which will ensure security in old age, but the salary coming in hand every month may be slightly less. The new rule can be a big good news for working people. According to media reports, now only 8 hours of duty will be fixed. If you work even 15 minutes extra, the company will have to pay you double overtime. This rule will also apply to delivery partners like Zomato-Swiggy.
