Kapil Mishra on Arvind Kejriwal: Amidst the political turmoil in Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal reached Rajghat with his party leaders. This visit is being described as a protest and “satyagraha” regarding a case to Justice Swarn Kanta Sharma. Manish Sisodia, Atishi and other Aam Aadmi Party leaders were also present along with Kejriwal. The leaders paid tribute to Mahatma Gandhi and expressed their views there and registered a symbolic protest. The former Chief Minister said that he fully respects the judiciary of the country and the freedom and order that exists in the country today is possible only because of the judicial system. He also said that such circumstances have arisen that they have to resort to “Satyagraha”. However, BJP has retaliated on this move of Kejriwal. Delhi government minister Kapil Mishra scolded the Aam Aadmi Party chief.
‘Thieves and corrupt people are also doing the drama of Satyagraha’
Kapil Mishra, cabinet minister in the Delhi government and state president of BJP, wrote in a post on X, ‘Had Bapu been alive, he would have chased you on the streets of Delhi with sticks. Thieves and corrupt people are also doing the drama of Satyagraha. There is a case of liquor scam against you and you are taking Bapu’s name. Kapil Mishra made this comment on an ex-post of Arvind Kejriwal in which he had written, ‘Today I and Manish Sisodia will go to Rajghat at 12 o’clock to seek blessings of Bapu.’
Kapil Mishra’s counterattack on Kejriwal’s visit to Rajghat
Kapil Mishra has hit back on Arvind Kejriwal’s ex-post. He bluntly said that thieves and corrupt people are also doing the drama of Satyagraha. BJP leader targeted Kejriwal over Delhi Excise Policy case. Kapil Mishra said that there is a case of liquor scam against you and you are taking Bapu’s name. If Bapu had been alive, he would have chased you with sticks on the streets of Delhi.
We respect the justice system of the country very much: Kejriwal
AAP national convenor Arvind Kejriwal reached Rajghat on Tuesday. During this visit he said that we respect the justice system of our country very much. The reason we are roaming freely today is only because of our justice system. Some such situation has arisen due to which we have to do this Satyagraha. We have written all the things in the letter which we have sent to Judge Sahiba. This is a very sensitive matter.
