Speculation is mounting around whether pregnant actress Deepika Padukone and her husband Ranveer Singh will make a high-profile appearance at this year’s Met Gala, set to take place on Monday.

Ranveer dressed down in an oversized tee and baggy pants, while Deepika shielded her bump in an oversized denim shirt and jeans.

The gala’s dress code this year draws inspiration from the Costume Institute’s spring exhibition, “Costume Art,” which will showcase around 200 garments alongside 200 art objects, highlighting the intersection of fashion and art across centuries.
