West Bengal Phase 2 Voting: Voting is going on in the second phase on 142 assembly seats in seven districts in West Bengal from Wednesday morning. Meanwhile, state CM Mamata Banerjee visited polling booths in Bhawanipur. He is the TMC candidate from Bhawanipur assembly constituency. During this, he alleged that the central forces were working at the behest of BJP.

In Kolkata, CM Mamata Banerjee said, “We want the voting process to be completed peacefully. However, many officials and observers have been brought who do not understand Bengal. There are some observers who are targeting TMC agents… Last night, CRPF, without police, attacked the house of councilor of ward number 70. At that time, he was not at home, only his wife and child were at home, yet They vandalized his house.”
Mamata Banerjee, TMC candidate from Bhawanipur assembly constituency, said, “Look, how our workers were beaten up at night. Just look at this atrocities. What kind of hooliganism is going on? Voting does not happen like this. Voting happens peacefully. This is a celebration of democracy. But they have completely ruined it. Their intention is very clear that BJP wants to forcefully rig the elections. Our workers and people are ready to sacrifice their lives, but they Will not leave my place.”
