Boiling milk in earthen pots is also beneficial for health. Since ancient times, milk has been boiled in earthen pots in villages. Milk heats slowly in an earthen pot, due to which its taste remains good and the chances of burning are also less. Some people believe that clay makes milk completely natural and easier to digest, although this is not scientifically proven.

Bronze and brass utensils have also been used traditionally. According to Ayurveda, bronze and brass utensils help in making food balanced. But cleaning and care of these utensils is very important, otherwise the metals present in them can affect the food. Therefore, they should be used with caution for boiling milk.

Boiling milk in an aluminum vessel can prove to be harmful for the body, because due to high heat the metal reacts with the food. Its use for a long time is not considered good for health. Similarly, there is a risk of some chemicals being released in non-stick utensils on high heat, hence it is not a safe option for drinking foods like milk.
