LeBron James has been either the most popular or one of the most popular NBA players for more than two decades now.
He’s accomplished almost everything in his nearly flawless career, and the fact that he’s still going strong is a testament to his greatness.
For Draymond Green, it’s also an opportunity to appreciate him and give him his flowers while we still can.
In an appearance on “Post Moves With Candace Parker,” the Golden State Warriors star claimed that James might be playing his final games in the league.
Draymond Green says LeBron James could retire now
“This could be the last time we see this. LeBron could retire after this year,” Green said.
While it’s hard to believe James would consider retiring without a farewell tour and all the fanfare that would come with that, Green is a close friend of his, not to mention they’re both represented by Rich Paul.
James is turning back the clock and has the Los Angeles Lakers up 3-1 on the Rockets without Austin Reaves and Luka Doncic.
Regardless of how this season ends, James has already been there, done that, and his legacy has pretty much been set for years now.
