Actor Richa Chadha has rekindled her passion for belly dancing by completing an intensive five-day training course in Goa. The actor, who had earlier learnt tribal belly dancing under internationally renowned expert Olga Meos in Kazakhstan while preparing for a film, has continued exploring the dance form over the years.
Richa, who is also trained in Kathak, shared that she returned to dancing a few months after delivery and began training again with instructor Dipika Vijay. What initially started as a form of postpartum therapy soon grew into a deeper personal interest.
Calling the Goa workshop a journey purely for self-growth, Richa said she wanted to reconnect with the art form in a more dedicated way and “fall in love with it all over again.”
