Sai Sudharsan created his best field moment when he caught Venkatesh Iyer with a precise catch at the boundary line. The timing of the wicket proved significant because it enabled Gujarat Titans to achieve their finishing performance.
The 19th over brought the wicket when Arshad Khan delivered a full ball that he angled toward the stumps. Iyer attempted to hit a powerful shot toward midwicket from his position. The bat turned in his hand which caused him to lose control over his swing. The ball travelled high into the deep outfield space.

Sai Sudharsan who played in the deep field area acted with quickness. He dived toward the ball after moving to his left side. The ball appeared to slip from his grasp because it failed to land properly in his hands. He succeeded in maintaining control of the ball until it, which had not touched the ground yet, was about to fall.
The catch required difficult execution. Sai needed to modify his diving technique because the ball was dropping quickly. His performance demonstrated that he could maintain equilibrium while concentrating on his task. The wicket became essential because it occurred during the last overs when RCB needed to expand their scoring.
Iyer scored 12 runs from 15 balls but could not finish the innings strongly. The catch from Sai allowed Gujarat Titans to maintain their match control until the conclusion.
