Royal Challengers Bengaluru collapse restricts total to 155
Royal Challengers Bengaluru posted 155 all out in 19.2 overs, struggling to build sustained momentum despite a brisk start. Virat Kohli set the early tone with 28 off 13 (SR 215.38), while Devdutt Padikkal led the innings with a top score of 40 off 24. However, frequent wickets derailed the innings, with RCB slipping from 79/2 to 96/6 within three overs.
Middle-order contributions from Rajat Patidar (19) and Romario Shepherd (17) failed to stabilize the innings, while only Bhuvneshwar Kumar (15*) provided late resistance. RCB maintained a run rate of 8.01 but lost wickets at regular intervals, including two collapses at 80/4 and 126/8.
For Gujarat Titans, Arshad Khan starred with 3/22, while Rashid Khan (2/19) and Jason Holder (2/29) ensured tight control.
