According to a report by Magicbricks, Dhanush reportedly purchased a luxurious home in February 2023 in Poes Garden for his parents, at an estimated cost of Rs 150 crore. Located close to his earlier residence in Alwarpet, the house reflects refined aesthetics and understated luxury.
