Vedanta Limited Q4 Results: Vedanta Limited's Q4 results for the fiscal year 2025-26 have finally arrived. The company surprised everyone with its impressive performance. The company earned a profit of ₹25,096 crore. This strong result demonstrates the company's financial strength.

The special thing was that in the fourth quarter (Q4), the company's profit increased by 89% year-on-year, which is considered a positive sign for investors.

How did the profit happen?

According to the company, this increase was primarily due to improved operational performance, cost reductions, and improved prices for key commodities. Several of Vedanta Limited's business segments, such as zinc, aluminum, oil and gas, and iron, also contributed significantly during this period. In particular, stable demand and improved prices in the zinc and aluminum businesses contributed significantly to the company's revenue.

The company also reported record revenue of ₹1.74 lakh crore in FY2026, up 15 percent from a year ago, with fourth-quarter revenue growing 29 percent to ₹51,524 crore. Operating performance remained strong in FY2026, with EBITDA growing 29 percent year-over-year to a record ₹55,976 crore in FY2026, with EBITDA growing 59 percent to ₹18,447 crore in Q4. 

Arun Mishra, Executive Director, Vedanta Limited, said

“FY2026 was a year of strong performance for Vedanta, with record operational performance across the portfolio.” He also highlighted the expansion of new capacities and investment in growth capital expenditure of approximately ₹15,000 crore during the year.
