He further said, we believe that positive power is the one which has a feeling of protection and nourishment of someone and not of oppression and exploitation of someone. The power of the Constitution and the active unity of the PDA have immense power to protect us all. PDA will now join even more, fight its own battle and win. Only when the ‘rule of social justice’ comes, this atrocities and injustice will be eradicated. Let us tell you that on behalf of Akhilesh Yadav, financial assistance of Rs 5 lakh has been given to the victim’s family.
Let us tell you that on the evening of 13th April, Shilpi Kushwaha (26) had come out of the house to throw garbage. Meanwhile, Rishabh Dwivedi from the same village attacked him with a shovel, due to which he died on the spot. After the incident, the police registered a case of murder against the accused Rishabh and his father Pramod on the complaint of the deceased’s father Ram Rahis.
The police arrested the main accused Rishabh on April 15, while on April 19, his father Pramod was also arrested and sent to jail. On April 28, SP Ashok Kumar Meena suspended Mallawan Kotwal Shivakant Pandey after questions were raised over the role of police in the case.
