Kareena Kapoor has shared her honest thoughts after the Delhi High Court granted a judgment in favour of Karisma Kapoor and her children over Sanjay Kapur’s assets.
On Thursday, the court ruled in favour of the Dil To Mad Hai actress, stating that no adjustments can be made to the late businessman’s assets for the time being.
The Jab We Met star couldn’t contain her excitement and expressed herself on Instagram in a post that read, “And there is light. Justice and truth will always prevail. Chardikala.”
According to YEARSthe court agreed to the children’s request, further ordering that all of Sanjay’s assets must be protected.
This update comes after Priya shared an official document as part of the legal proceedings, claiming it was her late husband’s will.
However, Karisma and Sanjay’s children Samaira and Kiaan, challenged its authenticity and requested the court to assess the matter.
For the unversed, Karisma tied the knot with Sunjay Kapur in 2003 in a high-profile ceremony. In 2016, the former couple decided to call it quits, filing for divorce after a prolonged legal battle.
