With the aim of ensuring safety of women at the workplace, a two-day training on POSH Act-2013 was successfully completed in the Anpara Thermal Project of Uttar Pradesh State Electricity Generation Corporation Limited. On the positive initiative of the management, this training was organized by the Human Resource Development Division (HRD) in the auditorium located in the project colony.

All the officers and employees of Anpara Thermal Project participated positively in this mandatory workshop. In the program, Ind Ajay Katiyar, Chief General Manager, Anpara, Ind Doodh Nath, General Manager ‘A’ Tap, Ind Nikhil Chaturvedi, General Manager Administration, Ind Prashant Tripathi, General Manager ‘D’ Tap, Ind Chandra Prakash, General Manager ‘B’ Tap, specially present the people and reiterated their commitment towards a respectful environment at the workplace.

To ensure smooth conduct of the training, this ‘Standard Posh Workshop’ was divided into three batches and two shifts. In this, officers and employees of various sections and divisions of ‘A’, ‘B’ and ‘D’ TPS including CGM office registered their mandatory participation and received training.

The efforts of Executive Engineer Eng Amit Kumar Mishra, Assistant Engineer Eng Abhishek Singh and Eng Ramashish Gupta were especially appreciated for the excellent management and successful conduct of this very important workshop. Due to their excellent coordination and efficient presentation, this seminar was extremely informative for all the participants. Hundreds of officers and employees were present during this.
