Shoppers are rushing to snap up some jeans from Marks and Spencer (M&S), saying they are 'comfortable and very flattering'. The High Waisted Relaxed Straight Jeans are available for £40 in the colours medium indigo and light indigo.
They're available in sizes six to 24 and lengths extra-short, short/petite, regular, long and extra-long, and shoppers say they are 'comfortable'. The faded jeans are crafted from pure cotton denim and they feature a relaxed straight-leg cut.
They also have a figure-flattering high waist, and finishing details include contrast twin-needle stitching, rivets and a metal button above the zip closure. They are part of the M&S Collection, which features easy-to-wear wardrobe staples that combine classic and contemporary styles.
As an alternative product, shoppers could buy these Mid Blue High Rise Stretch Wide Leg Jeans from Next for £35. These are available in four colours, regular and petite fits, and sizes six to 22. They also come in short, regular, long, extra-long and extra-extra-long lengths.
Or at New Look, there's the Mid Blue Low Rise Wide Leg Jeans for £34.99. These come in three colours, sizes six to 18, and the brand says these have a low rise and a relaxed fit, giving the wide leg jeans 'a slouchy look'.
Returning to the M&S High Waisted Relaxed Straight Jeans, shoppers have left high praise. One shopper said: "Ordered a size 10, my usual size but they were too small. The 12 are a perfect fit, comfortable and very flattering."
A second said: "Finally found a pair of straight leg (jeans) that suit my curvy figure, only downside is I've had to go up two sizes from my usual size at M&S, so the waist is a little looser. Worth it! They feel like a real jean, not a great deal of stretch, but they style well rolled up or left straight."
While a third said: "Delighted with (these) jeans, promptly ordered another pair." Others left some feedback, however, with one saying: "Great length and I'm a tall girl, definitely more high waisted than expected, but keeping as they're a great pair of jeans."
Someone else said: "Really liked the fit of these jeans, but I ordered another pair in the lighter denim in exactly the same size, but unfortunately these were longer and two inches smaller at the waist and hips."
