R R Kabel reported a strong performance for the March quarter, with healthy growth across key financial metrics.
The company posted a net profit of ₹168 croremarking a 30.2% year-on-year (YoY) increase compared to ₹129 crore in the same quarter last year. The growth in profit reflects improved operational efficiency and strong business momentum.
Revenue for the quarter stood at ₹2,964 croreup 33.6% YoY from ₹2,218 crore, indicating robust demand and solid execution across segments.
At the operating level, EBITDA came in at ₹261 croreregistering a 35% YoY growth compared to ₹194.3 crore in the corresponding period last year. However, EBITDA margin remained flat at 8.8%suggesting that cost pressures or product mix limited margin expansion despite higher earnings.
Alongside the results, the company has recommended a final dividend of ₹5.5 per share (110%) on equity shares of face value ₹5 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This is in addition to the interim dividend of ₹4 per share (80%) that was declared and paid in November 2025.
The final dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). If approved, the payout will be completed within 30 days of declaration.
Overall, the company delivered a strong quarter driven by sharp growth in revenue and profitability, while maintaining stable margins and rewarding shareholders with a healthy dividend payout.
