IPL 2026: Rahul, Nissanka help DC beat RR by 7 wickets to end three-match losing streak

New Delhi: Openers KL Rahul and Pathum Nissanka starred with the bat to help Delhi Capitals (DC) beat Rajasthan Royals (RR) by seven wickets in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 on Thursday, May 01. Rahul and Nissanka slammed half-centuries apiece to help DC make short work of the 226-run target at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi.
Delhi Capitals returned to winning ways by ending their three-match losing streak in the tournament. Rahul slammed a brilliant 75-run knock off 40 balls, while Nissanka scored 62 off 33 balls to help their team earn a commanding victory. The duo shared a 110-run opening stand to get DC off to a flyer and set up the stage for a successful run chase.
