Gram: Gram contains abundant amounts of iron and selenium, and it is also a good source of folic acid. It helps in removing bad cholesterol from the body.
Gooseberry: Eating two gooseberries a day purifies the blood and improves the flow of oxygen in the body.
Garlic: Eating 4 cloves of garlic daily reduces the problem of clot formation in blood vessels. It also removes bad cholesterol, which keeps the heart pumping properly.
