West Bengal elections were conducted peacefully. Now all eyes are on 4th when the election results will be declared. It is the hope of all Indians that there will be a change of power and the politics of appeasement will end. West Bengal has been becoming a victim of appeasement since independence.
West Bengal also faced the biggest tragedy of the partition of India. West Bengal has been witness to massacre, atrocities and cruelty. Kolkata tolerated the brutality of “Direct Action Day”. Hindus were killed and yet West Bengal forgot the history.
This also has to be said because the appeasement politics of Communist and Congress was nurtured in West Bengal. After independence, these two parties dominated for almost 40 years. The intellectuals of West Bengal remained under the secular lens. The people of West Bengal forgot the dark history in which thousands of Hindus were murdered. Hindu women endured atrocities. They continued to push their false secular agenda and today the situation is that Hindus are in danger again.
Mamta government also carried forward the communist agenda. Till today, West Bengal is a separate state and these leaders have inculcated this idea in the minds of the people. For the first time in this election, it seems that Hindus have voted unitedly. Till now, Mamata government has been saying that this is a fight between “mother, soil and man”. So is this ideology different from Mother India?
The people of West Bengal should have thought about what is the meaning of “Mother, Soil and Manush”. Even if this is so, why did they pursue the politics of appeasement there? Communists, Congress and TMC continued to rule in West Bengal till now. There are as many people as parties responsible for today’s situation in West Bengal. There should be no hesitation in saying that the people are more responsible than the parties. Because they forgot their own history.
The people of West Bengal also forgot the works of its great sons who had dedicated their lives for Hindus and Hindu culture. During the crisis period of Bengal, many great personalities emerged who took the initiative to create a safe land for Bengali Hindus. The first was Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee who was the protector of the Hindus of Bengal and truly the creator of West Bengal.
The elections held recently in West Bengal show that the people rejected the bullying and appeasement that has been going on for years and they voted in large numbers. Demography has changed over the years in the districts of West Bengal which are connected to Bangladesh. Muslim population is large and these districts are considered the strongholds of Mamta. On the basis of which she has been winning the elections.
It is true that Mamata government supported Muslims and won only with their support. But the other truth is that Hindus did not do the same as Muslims continued to vote in a lie. This time for the first time we saw that Hindus voted in unison. It took so many years for the intellectual Hindus of West Bengal? Even if late, they woke up, woke up and voted as one. The election results will tell what West Bengal wants. But the way the voting has taken place, should we accept that it is a sign that West Bengal will move towards Hindu Rashtra?
